Abstract
U radu je prikazana uloga poslovne komunikacije u organizaciji, te upotreba suvremene tehnologije u svakodnevnoj internoj, poslovnoj komunikaciji. Razvoj komunikacijskih vještina i odnos sa zaposlenicima postao je sastavni dio sjelokupnog razvoja organizacije. Uspješna komunikacija podrazumijeva znanje o komuniciranju s ljudima, poticanje i motiviranje zaposlenika. Uspješnost organizacije povezana je s kvalitetom komunikacije unutar organizacije. Suvremeni uvjeti poslovanja podrazumijevaju... More razvijanje kvalitetnijih odnosa i razvoj kvalitetne i učinkovite komunikacije. Upotrebom suvremenih alata i prihvaćanjem novih tehnologija, te uvođanje procesa koji će olakšati i ubrzati rad svakom zaposleniku, povećava konkurentnost te omogućava uspješnije i kvalitetnije ispunjavanje kratkoročnih i dugoročnih ciljeva. Poseban je naglasak na doprinosu novih informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija u HAKOM-u, poglavito intraneta, u ostvarivanju učinkovite interne komunikacije koja je preduvjet za postizanje jake organizacijske kulture. Glavni je cilj ovog rada razmotriti različite aspekte internog komuniciranja te potvrditi pretpostavku da viša razina zadovoljstva zaposlenika internom komunikacijom dovodi do većeg zadovoljstva zaposlenika vlastitim zaposlenjem. Internoj komunikaciji u HAKOM-u treba posvetiti puno pažnje i razvijati ju, prepoznati mogućnosti da se internom komunikacijom može utjecati na pojedine elemente organizacijske kulture s ciljem stvaranja pozitivne klime, što utječe na odnos zaposlenika prema poslovanju i na njihove međusobne odnose. The paper presents the role of business communication in the Organization, and the use of modern technologies in daily internal, business communication. The development of communication skills and relationship with employees became an integral part of the overall development of the organization. Successful communication presupposes knowledge of communicating with people, encouraging and motivating employees. The success of the organization is associated with the quality of communication... More within the organization. Contemporary business conditions imply the development of better relations and the development of high-quality and efficient communication. The use of modern tools and acceptance of new technologies, and introducing participative processes that will facilitate and speed up the work of each employee, increases competitiveness and enables the more successful and better fulfilment of short-term and long-term goals. Special emphasis on the contribution of new information and communication technologies in HAKOM, especially for your intranet, in achieving effective internal communication, which is a prerequisite for achieving a strong organizational culture. The main objective of this paper is to consider the different aspects of internal communication and to confirm the hypothesis that the higher the level of satisfaction of employees internal communication leads to greater employee satisfaction with their own employment. Internal communications in HAKOM needs to devote a lot of attention and develop it, to recognize the possibility that the internal communication may affect the individual elements of the organizational culture with the goal of creating a positive climate, which affects the relationship of the employee towards business and on their mutual relations.   Less
