Abstract Martina Bilen je mlada poduzetnica koja se nakon godine rada u knjigovodstvenom servisu odlučila na vlastiti poduzetnički pothvat. Sa početnim ulogom od 250 tisuća kuna, otvoriti će agenciju za organiziranje vjenčanja. Vizija poduzetnice je da pretvori san i fantaziju vjenčanja u stvarnost. To će ostvariti zapošljavanjem savjetnika, financijskog planera i koordinatora u novouređenom prostoru na području Novog Zagreba. Za početak, poduzetnica planira zaposliti troje ljudi. U procesu poslovanja, surađivati će sa brojnim partnerima, s kojima ima sklopljen ugovor. S obzirom da popularnost agencija za organizaciju vjenčanja polako raste, tržište je dovoljno veliko da se ostvari profit. U Zagrebu postoji nekoliko specijaliziranih agencija za organizaciju vjenčanja i drugih evenata, a neke od tih agencija imaju dugogodišnje iskustvo, stoga se poduzetnica odlučila diferencirati od konkurenata nudeći uslugu organiziranja vjenčanja izvan Republike Hrvatske. Oglašavanje je planirano provoditi putem interneta, časopisa, evenata i vanjskog oglašavanja. Također će se provoditi i co – branding u suradnji sa poznatim hrvatskim časopisima. S obzirom da je jedan od glavnih ciljeva poduzeća uspostaviti pozitivan imidž i reputaciju, osim raznih donacija i sponzorstava, sa javnosti će se komunicirati i putem plaćenih članka, blogova i konferencija. Rast poduzeća procijenjen je na godinu dana, dok se u fazi diferencijacije planira zadržati do tri godine. S obzirom da poduzeće planira poslovati do daljnjeg, faze poput konsolidacije i likvidacije nisu obilježene. Gledajući prosjek, ukoliko poduzeće sklopi 46 ugovora godišnje, ostvariti će dobit od gotovo milijun i pol kuna, uračunajući i troškove. Poduzetnica će se financirati putem vlastitih i tuđih izvora financiranja. Analizirajući okolinu, poduzetnica je došla do zaključka kako otvaranje vlastite agencije za organizaciju vjenačanja neće biti lak posao s obzirom na trenutno stanje u državi, međutim stalnim usavršavanjem i stvaranjem pozitivnog imidža, poduzetnica je uvjerena kako uspjeh neće izostati.
Abstract (english) Martina Bilen is a young entrepreneur who decided to start her own entrepreneurial venture after years of work as a bookkeeper. With the initial investment of KN 250,000, she will open an agency for organizing weddings. Her vision is to turn the dream and fantasy wedding into a reality. She will accomplish it by employing counselors, financial planners and coordinators in the renovated office located in New Zagreb. For the start, she plans to hire three people. In the process of doing business, she will collaborate with numerous partners that she signed an agreement with.
Since the popularity of wedding planners is slowly growing, the market is big enough to make a profit. In Zagreb there are several specialized agencies for organizing weddings and other events, and some of these agencies have years of experience, so she decided to differentiate from competitors offering services of organizing a wedding outside Croatia. It is planned to carry out the advertising through the Internet, magazines, events and outdoor advertising. She also plans to implement co-branding in cooperation with well-known Croatian magazines. Considering the fact that one of the company’s objective is to establish a positive image and reputation, in addition to a variety of donations and sponsorships, the public will be introduced by means of paid articles, blogs and conferences.
The growth of the company is estimated to one year, while in differentiation phase it is planned to stay the same for three years. Given that the company plans to operate until further notice, phases such as consolidation and liquidation are not marked.
Looking at an average, if the company concludes 46 contracts per year, it will realize a profit of almost a million and a half Kuna, including costs. The young entrepreneur will finance herself by her own and other people's sources of funding.
Analyzing the environment, the entrepreneur came to the conclusion that opening her own agency for organizing weddings will not be an easy task considering the current situation in the country, however, continuous improvement and creating a positive image, entrepreneurs are confident that you will succeed.
