Abstract
Bez žene ne bi bilo čovječanstva, a prema ženi se društvo ponekad ne odnosi kao prema čovjeku. Kroz povijest su joj se oduzimala prava i takvo razmišljanje se prenosilo generacijama. Danas, kada pogledamo prava žena na globalnoj razini, znatno su manja od muških prava. Biološke razlike determiniraju spol, no pojedinac pa tako i žena, ima sposobnost razmišljanja, odlučivanja, kritičkog promišljanja. Ovaj rad će istražiti u kakvom je položaju žena danas, kakva je kao voditelj, ima li razlike u stilu vođenja u odnosu na muškarce koji već godinama dominiraju rukovodećim pozicijama. Koja je ženska percepcija o njima samima, kako postojanje stereotipa ili društvenih predrasuda utječu na njih. U doba globalizacije, ubrzanog tehničkog i industrijskog razvoja ima li žena zaista jednaka prava i mogućnosti u usporedbi s muškarcem.
Abstract (english)
Without women, there would be no humanity, and sometimes women in society are not treated like human beings. Throughout history, her rights have been taken away and such thinking has been passed down through the generations. Today, when we look at women's rights on a global level, they are significantly less than men's rights. Biological differences determine gender, but an individual, including a woman, has the ability to think, make decisions, and think critically. This paper will investigate the position of women today, what is she like as a leader, whether there is a difference in leadership style compared to men who have been dominating leadership positions for years. What is women's perception of themselves, how the existence of stereotypes or social prejudices affect them. In the era of globalization, accelerated technical and industrial development, do women really have equal rights and opportunities compared to men.
