Abstract
Stilovi vođenja imaju značajan utjecaj na funkciju prodaje i motivaciju prodajnog osoblja. Različiti stilovi vođenja, poput autoritarnog, demokratskog ili laissez-faire pristupa, mogu oblikovati radnu atmosferu, produktivnost i zadovoljstvo zaposlenika u prodaji. Autoritarni stil može rezultirati pojačanom kontrolom, ali i smanjenom inicijativom i angažmanom prodajnog tima. S druge strane, demokratski stil potiče suradnju i participaciju, što može doprinijeti većem osjećaju pripadnosti i motivaciji. Laissez-faire stil može donijeti slobodu i kreativnost, ali i nedostatak smjernica i vođenja. Stoga, pravilno balansiranje i prilagodba stilova vođenja može biti ključno za postizanje visokih razina motivacije i uspješne prodaje. Dubinski intervju o stilovima vodstva u sklopu ovog diplomskog rada ima zadatak pružiti detaljan uvid u različite pristupe vodstvu i njihove učinke na organizacije i timove.
Abstract (english)
Leadership styles have a significant impact on sales function and sales team motivation. Different leadership styles, such as authoritarian, democratic, or laissez-faire approaches, can shape the work atmosphere, productivity, and satisfaction of sales personnel. An authoritarian style may result in increased control but decreased initiative and engagement from the sales team. On the other hand, a democratic style fosters collaboration and participation, which can contribute to a greater sense of belonging and motivation. The laissez-faire style may bring freedom and creativity but also a lack of guidance and direction. Therefore, properly balancing and adapting leadership styles can be crucial for achieving high levels of motivation and successful sales. The in-depth interview on leadership styles, as part of this thesis, aims to provide a comprehensive insight into different leadership approaches and their effects on organizations and teams.
