Abstract
U ovom radu analizirat će se postojeći sustavi i zakonski okviri Republike Hrvatske koji reguliraju sigurnost hrane, kao i standardi kvalitete koje moraju zadovoljiti prehrambeni proizvodi na hrvatskom i europskom tržištu. Republika Hrvatska, kao članica Europske unije, usklađuje svoje zakonodavstvo s europskim direktivama i propisima, što omogućuje učinkovit nadzor i kontrolu nad sigurnošću hrane. Kroz rad se razmatraju ključni izazovi u sigurnosti i kvaliteti hrane kroz sustave normi, HACCP-a i RASFF-a i njihovu implementaciju te standardi i zahtjevi koje prehrambeni proizvodi moraju zadovoljiti kako bi dobili odgovarajuće oznake kvalitete.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, we will analyze the existing systems and legal frameworks of the Republic of Croatia that regulate food safety, as well as the quality standards that must be met by food products on the Croatian and European markets. The Republic of Croatia, as a member of the European Union, harmonizes its legislation with European directives and regulations, which enables effective supervision and control over food safety. The paper examines the key challenges in food safety and quality through the systems of norms, HACCP and RASFF and their implementation, as well as the standards and requirements that food products must meet in order to receive appropriate quality marks.
