Abstract
Ovaj završni rad obuhvaća neke bitne elemente logistike time da se naglasak stavlja na logistička poduzeća i logističke usluge koje ona pružaju. Obuhvaćena je logistika u Hrvatskoj, te poslovanje logističkog poduzeća Kuehne & Nagel. Detaljnije je opisano njegovo poslovanje, poslovna mreža, sama djelatnost i prikazan je pregled logističke ponude usluga poduzeća. Kao bitan element procesa logistike detaljnije su opisani i podprocesi logističkih sustava i podsustava.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis presents some of the most relevant elements of logistics, with emphasis put on logistics companies and services they provide. This paper covers the logistics in Croatia, as well as bussiness activities of Kuehne & Nagel Company. Further, it gives detailed description of management, business network and logistical activities of the forementioned company. In particular, it elaborates processes and subprocesses of logistical systems and subsystems, since they play an important role in any logistical activity.
