Abstract
Djelatnici predstavljaju ključni segment svake organizacije pomoću kojih organizacija ostvaruje pozitivan financijski rezultat te stvara održivu konkurentsku prednost. Djelatnici, pritom, žele konkurentne plaće, sigurnost radnog mjesta, mogućnosti napredovanja u karijeri, balans poslovnog i privatnog života i slično. Kako bi privukli talentiranu radnu snagu, organizacije moraju imati dobro definiranu filozofiju i strategiju sustava ocjenjivanja radne uspješnosti i sustava nagrađivanja zaposlenika. Pravedan sustav ocjenjivanja i korektan sustav nagrađivanja privući će, zadržati i motivirati kvalitetne ljude za rad. Nekvalitetna politika ocjenjivanja i nagrađivanja može imati izrazito negativan utjecaj na motivaciju, predanost i moral djelatnika. Stoga je potreban integriran pristup politici ocjenjivanja i nagrađivanja, ali i menadžmentu ljudskih potencijala u cjelini. Ovaj završni rad analizira važnost upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u poduzećima te važnost praćenja radne uspješnosti i nagrađivanja djelatnika kao specifične funkcije menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala. U okviru rada istraženi su svi segmenti upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u poduzeću Hrvatski Telekom d.d.
Abstract (english)
Employees represent a key segment of each organization by which the organization achieves a positive financial result and creates a viable competitive advantage. Employees, in turn, want competitive pay, job security, career advancement, business and private life balance and the like. In order to attract talented workforce, organizations need to have a well-defined philosophy and a strategy of performance appraisal system and employee reward system. Just a grading system and a fair reward system will attract, retain, and motivate quality people to work. Necessary rating and rewarding policies may have a highly negative impact on motivation, commitment, and employee morale. An integrated approach to the evaluation and rewarding policy, as well as human resource management as a whole, is needed. This final work is analyzed the importance of human resource management in companies and the importance of monitoring performance and rewarding employees as a specific human resource management function. Within the scope of the paper, they have been explored all the human resources management segments in the Croatian Telekom d.d.
