The subject of the study includes fundamental soft skills such as communication,teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, leadership, andtimemanagement. The aim is to analyze how these skills contribute to effective business processes,improved interpersonal relationships, and increased productivity. Business communicationand communication competence are preliminary considered as key factors for successfulbusiness operations. We have thoroughly examined communication as a fundamental softskill, emphasizing its importance for clarity of information, relationship building, andconflictresolution. Other specific soft skills are also elaborated, highlighting teamwork as essentialfor achieving collective goals. Successful teamwork allows for the optimal use of individualskills and abilities, creating synergy that leads to better results.
