This paper deals with the elaboration of all the marketing mix components and other marketing strategies in order to show the direction and goal of the success of the development of Royal Bride enterprise. The performance of an enterprise depends largely on good marketing, and an adequate marketing plan and high-quality management of all its parts are characterized by successful and good marketing. For the purpose of this paper, research has been conducted, and the main goal of this paper is to detect factors that influence the direction of the development of Royal Bride in the eyes of consumers and the users of the Royal Bride services. The obtained results show a great level of recognition and interest in the brand. The data also show that the company is headed in the right direction. While maintaining the level of quality of service and constant work on brand recognition, it will proportionally be achieved to win the desired market position and develop the enterprise itself in the desired direction. The author of this paper offers analysis of the company, its consumers and competitors; explains Royal Bride's mission and vision, and applies the marketing mix strategy for improving Royal Bride's business.
