My bachelor's thesis defines the concept of cultural heritage management through the example of protection and sustainable development of Diocletian's Palace. The concept of the project is also described, where the steps required for the realization of the project are described by project activities and results. Furthermore, the advantages of this type of attraction, disadvantages, opportunities, obstacles and all other aspects that are relevant to the project. Since Diocletian's Palace is one of the few palaces where people still live today, I came up with the coexistence of holograms of people from that time, current residents and tourists who will experience this trip on a higher, illusionist level that will surely leave a strong impression to all visitors because visitors will inevitably become residents and participants in the life of the palace from the 4th century AD. In Diocletian's cellars and all attractive parts of the palace, the equipment needed to create illusions, such as holograms, various mirrors at certain angles, lights, speakers, previously recorded scenes and reconstructions of certain events, lasers, special lamps and all other necessary equipment will be installed. Events, customs and way of life from the time of Emperor Diocletian will be reconstructed using the latest hologram technology and will eventually move from our research areas to the palace, where visitors will learn in an interesting way about the customs, way of life, human behavior, interpersonal relationships and, in one way, they will become participants in the life of that time.
