In the business plan, I will present my business idea for effervescent tablets with different minerals. The company would be called Secondary Power, it would be established as a limited liability company and it would start from scratch. I will first go through the various items on the product description and operation of the company trying to clarify the vision of this project as much as possible. There would be three products from the Secondary Power range, namely: SP-magnesium, SP-vitamin-C and SP-creatine. The products would be presented to the market as a dietary supplement for athletes and recreationists. Through various analyzes, I have identified some of the market elements that Secondary Power aspires to. Also, technological and technical elements of the company business have been created, which show in more detail the initial borrowings and the necessary items for business. There are numerous competitors in the dietary supplement market, which is a potential threat to Secondary Power’s business. But the marketing strategy of the SP has a different approach from other competitors and exactly the targeted consumers. The last chapters show the operation of the company in the first two years, which are the most difficult to successfully get back on its feet.
