This paper analyzes the topic of sales personnel management with the function of sales growth on the example of Konzum plus d.o.o. We can say that human resources employees are the most important function in every company, especially in retail companies. In order for a company to successfully reach its goals, it needs good organization and good management. It takes a lot of knowledge, skill and time to create a good sales team that needs to be motivated through consulting and a good introduction to managing the sales process. Teamwork is of great help in every company because it makes it easier and more efficient to perform the tasks, make decisions and solve problems. Every job can have errors when managing, but it is important to detect the problem and try to solve it in the best possible way. Staff motivation as well as counseling is also one of the key works in the company itself. The author of the paper is himself employed in retail, so in this paper he brings closer the problems he encounters as well as his experiences, which are related to the management of sales staff in the function of sales growth.
