There are more women than men in the world, but according to formal indicators women are minority in the economy every where in the world. The minority status of women in the economy is various, depending of jobs they perform. Fewer women start technologically intensive business ventures, but the most evident minority status is in the area of administrative functions: the higher the management level, there are fewer women. Every day more and more women are actively involved in political, economic and social changes. Women are no longer content to be simply passive observers, they want to be initiators of changes, active participants in the events concerning all of us. This work focuses on traits which characterize women and contribute to success in management. Therefore, diversities reflect not just in evident physical differences, they expand also on socialandemotional-psychological profile of the gender. Basic assumptions or conditions for the success in management are laid down somewhere. The woman's brain is the key to her success. There is a belief in our society that men and women have equal opportunities, predispositions and potentials for successful engagement in entrepreneurship. Actually, the truth is we should have just the same desires for developing our potentials.
