In businees we can perceive communication in two levels, the level of an individual or intire organization. We can perceive that the organization/company is strong as their the weakest member. The way that communication chanels are organized and the way that employees communicate has impact on work and processes on micro and macro level and overall efficasy. Every organization has specific structure under which they diveded work tasks and information flow. Communication structure is formed by type of organizational struckture and it is depending on. Formal communication in the organization refers to the planned formal process of transferring information that starts from the top management. Informal communication structure follows formal structure and it is part of every organization. Intensity of informal communication structure depends on the rigor and inertia of formal communication in the organization. Content of informal communication is important information denied in formal channels. Active communication is the basis for creating a good working atmosphere and increase creativity and motivation of employees. Successful organizations have recognized the importance of informal communication, and they do not suppress it, they encouraged it, whether it is about the physical destruction of the walls between teams, or reorganization of tables in the cafeteria and relationship between managers and employees. In today's time when technology is so advanced, employees are networked and the flow of information is difficult to stop and control. Therefore successful managers take into account the main actors in the informal communication. Managers try to build a special relationship with them and try to have an impact on the information that is in circulation.
