The subject of the work is related to communication skills when establishing relationships with clients. Communication is extremely important in everyday life, both privately and in business. In this final paper, emphasis is placed on business communication. In order to hold a conversation, two people are needed. There are several types of communication, and the paper describes verbal, non-verbal and written business communication. Verbal communication implies that we exchange messages with words, and includes speaking and listening. Non-verbal communication includes gestures, facial expressions and body posture. Judging by the fact that most messages are sent in this way, it can be said that it is extremely important in building interpersonal relationships. Communication has an extremely large influence on consumer behavior. Adequate communication leads to better relations with the client, and their trust is achieved.
